Ahmed Sidky, Ph.D

Ahmed Sidky, Ph.D. is a seasoned international speaker, executive, thought leader, and published author.  He is currently Head of Business Agility at Riot Games, where he builds the strategic capabilities and agile systems that advance Riot’s aspiration to be—and stay—the world’s most player-focused game company. Earlier, as Chief of Staff to the CEO, Ahmed operationalized Riot’s vision through major strategic projects and companywide transformations. 


Ahmed was also Head of Development Management at Riot Games, leading a team of over 100 agile delivery leaders to keep Riot agile as it grew exponentially. Before joining Riot, Ahmed was the Executive VP at Santeon, a boutique consulting company that guided agile transformations at dozens of Fortune 100 companies. Melissa Boggs

Melissa Boggs is a keynote speaker, leadership coach, and employee experience designer. She is host of the “Wild Hearts at Work” podcast, redefining our relationship with work through stories and conversations with those challenging the status quo of today’s workplace. 

Melissa is a former executive with a background in leadership, business, and product development. She is a former nonprofit board member, having served on the Board of Directors for both Scrum Alliance and Agile Denver. She was privileged to present at the 2020 World Business and Executive Coach Summit and at the 2021 WomenTech Summit, and has been featured in Business Coaching, Business Agility Emergence and Authority magazines.

She holds an MBA in IT Management and a BS in Information Technology from Western Governors University.
