Q: Can I bring friends
General Info
A: Of course! We love making new friends at our conference! Just make sure they grab their golden ticket to the agile extravaganza by purchasing it here . The more, the merrier!
Q: Badges?
A: You will need to show your badge to be in the Conference Area, returning from lunch, meandering or to enjoy the social after
Q:Will there be wifi?
A: There will be public wifi at the conference this year.

Q: Will I earn PMP PDUs for attending the conference?
A: Yes, you can earn PMP PDUs for attending the conference. You will go through the normal Conference-attendance submission process
Q: Will I earn SEUs for my CSP?
A: Yes, you will earn SEUs for attending the conference.
Logistics
Q: Where do I Park?
A: Self-parking is $13 for 0-4 hours, $23 for 4-8 hours, and $33 for 8+ hours
Valet parking is $23 for 0-4 hours, $37 for 4-8 hours, and $48 for 8+ hours
Start Time:
Venue doors open at 8:15 am. Opening remarks start promptly at 9:00 am.
Please arrive with plenty of time to pick up your conference badge and swag, and get energized for a day filled with learning and discovery.

Q: Will there be any food?
A: Breakfast
Upon arrival, there will be no breakfast during registration. During the first break, there will be coffee/tea and a Yogurt Parfait Bar.
A: Lunch:
A soup, salad, delicatessen and dessert buffet will be set up in Aurora Ballroom B.
Sponsor Passport
A: Throughout the day, swing by the sponsor tables to meet our sponsors and get your passport stamped! Turn in your completed passport at the Agile Denver sponsor table to be entered into a drawing for fantastic raffle prizes. Prizes will be announced during the closing session, which starts at 5:30 pm (must be present to win).
Tickets
Q Are Mile High Agile Conference tickets refundable?
Please send an email to mha@agiledenver.org explaining the details for the change so we can have the updated badge available at the Day-Of Check-In station.
Q: Will there be any tickets available to purchase the day-of the conference?
A: Yes, but only if there are tickets available on the website. The conference has sold-only consistently each year, so it’s highly recommended that you purchase tickets early.
Q: May I check-in for a colleague?
No. Each ticket holder must check-in themselves in order to be properly registered and to receive their badge and conference gift.
Q: May I share my badge with a colleague?
A: No. Ticket/badges cannot be transferred between people. The badge must be worn by the ticket holder for the duration of the conference. Their badge will allow them access to all key note and speaker sessions, and the Conference Social.
