Q: Can I bring friends

A: Of course! We love making new friends at our conference! Just make sure they grab their golden ticket to the agile extravaganza by purchasing it here . The more, the merrier!

Q: Badges?

A: You will need to show your badge to be in McNichols building, returning from lunch or to enjoy the social after

Q:Will there be wifi?

A: There will be public wifi at the conference this year. It is for use by everyone there, so know if you get crazy, everyone will be affected.

Q: What is the code of conduct?

A: We will have ribbons and stickers for inclusivity and descriptions. DIY!

Q: Is there a nursing room for mothers?

A: Yes, there is a nursing room on the second floor in the Family Restroom. It is first come,. first serve. Feel free to come to the Agile Denver Desk to asistance.

Q: How do I convince my boss to let me attend?

Q: Will I earn PMP PDUs for attending the conference?

A: Yes, you can earn PMP PDUs for attending the conference. You will go through the normal Conference-attendance submission process

Q: Will I earn SEUs for my CSP?

A: Yes, you will earn SEUs for attending the conference.

Tickets

Q: What are group tickets

A: Group tickets are for those organizations that will be purchasing 10+ tickets. They are discounted off the General Admission price. There are a limited number of Group tickets available and they generally sell out very quickly.

Q Are Mile High Agile Conference tickets refundable?

A: All ticket sales are final. If you are unable to attend the conference, we encourage you to share the ticket with another person; the name on the purchased ticket can be changed.
Please send an email to mha@agiledenver.org explaining the details for the change so we can have the updated badge available at the Day-Of Check-In station.

Q: Will there be any tickets available to purchase the day-of the conference?

A: Yes, but only if there are tickets available on the website. The conference has sold-only consistently each year, so it’s highly recommended that you purchase tickets early.

Q: May I check-in for a colleague?

No. Each ticket holder must check-in themselves in order to be properly registered and to receive their badge and conference gift.

Q: May I share my badge with a colleague?

A: No. Ticket/badges cannot be transferred between people. The badge must be worn by the ticket holder for the duration of the conference. Their badge will allow them access to all key note and speaker sessions, and the Conference Social.
