Catherine Louis is an independent Agile coach, Certified Scrum Trainer®, founder of CLL-Group.com, and co-founder of #PoDojo.
With over 20 years of experience in complex product development in both software & hardware, she has led Agile transition efforts in top telecommunications firms and worked with North Carolina State University to conduct research on Agile Test-Driven development.
She has conducted years of research and training on “building security in” verifying that security protection mechanisms are in place before it’s too late.
Her current focus is on training leaders to effectively lead Agile transformation with a true Agile heart and mindset. Catherine is a member of the Agile Alliance, founding member of TechLadies® and runs AgileRTP, one of the largest meetup groups in the US.
