Christine is co-founder of The Welcome Elephant, on a mission to help create a world full of happier humans in high-performing organizations.

Christine has a background in tech and entrepreneurship, as a transformation leader.

She’s delivered  product management for organizational and human change, as a Facilitative Leadership Coach, specializing in working to rapidly upskill extended leadership teams, and as a Business Agility Consultant, specializing in working with senior leadership teams to apply lean-agile concepts across the whole business.

Christine speaks several languages, used to write code in many languages (and occasionally still writes in one or two), and loves adventuring, from sailing to skiing, cycling and climbing.
