In 2010, Mike formed LeadingAgile as a reaction to the bottom-up, grass-roots approach to Agile Transformation that many in the industry have taken. He knew that the failure modes companies often experience when adopting Agile are well known and can be avoided with appropriate planning and change management across the organization. Mike has avoided taking a methodology specific approach and instead believes that we should be meeting companies where they are and helping them to create the conditions for Agile to thrive.
